BPI Logo Program — Rules

Product Criteria
BPI will issue a Certificate to an Applicant for a Product if it is determined, pursuant to the procedures set forth below, that all of the following criteria are met:

1. The Product meets or exceeds the requirements found in ASTM D6400 or D6868, based on testing in one of the labs on the Approved Testing List.

The Product meets the Application Requirements set forth in Section IV(A) and is in continuing compliance with these Program Rules;

1. The Applicant has paid BPI all applicable fees set forth in Appendix E;
2. The Applicant has executed a Logo Use Agreement with BPI set forth in Appendix D; and
3. The Applicant has acknowledged and agreed to these Program Rules in a writing executed by its duly authorized representative.

Application Requirements And Review

1. Application
   
   To initiate an application for certification, an Applicant shall submit the following material to BPI at 331 West 57th Street, #415, New York, NY 10019, Attn: Executive Director. Or you can phone the BPI Office at 888-274-5646 (888-BPI-LOGO).
   
   
2. You will be contacted by the BPI office to discuss your application, the most appropriate next steps and the anticipated costs of certification and participation.
